Foodies gives a recurring food club one private home. This walkthrough uses a fictional demo club and reflects the current Foodies workflow.
Start with one current gathering. The host, date, theme, location, RSVP state, and final details stay together, so members do not have to reconstruct the plan from old messages.
Members can respond and claim what they are bringing. The contribution board stays attached to the gathering, while the group chat can keep doing what it does best: conversation.
After the night, the club can preserve a recap with photographs, notes, traditions, and the details worth carrying forward.
Those recaps become the private club book. The next host inherits the rhythm and history instead of starting from zero.
Foodies is for private groups that intend to meet again. Found the club, coordinate the table, keep the recap, and hand the tradition forward.
Every interface state is a privacy-safe reproduction checked against the current club, gathering, RSVP, contribution, recap, tradition, and club-book implementation. No customer screenshots, private invitations, member identities, or venue addresses appear.
The fictional Saffron Society content exists only to make the workflow legible. The video will be revised after material product changes rather than left to imply outdated capabilities.
